"Great view. Comfy bed, pillows were very thin. Shower water pressure was fantastic. Shower leaked a large pool of water through the closed door. Hotel staff was fantastic and service was good. Burgers and drinks room service was fantastic but the next mornings breakfast was not good. Order missing items and too oily to eat. Did not call back a second time to fix as I was over the situation at that point. I have high expectations from a property that is named best rated stay in my city. Not sure if I will use the hotel again, but that burger will be ordered in the future."
