RIDICULOUS

Terrible place to stay at! Dont stay here!! They only have 1 luggage cart which is rarely ever available! Secondly, The shower never had hot water & third the beds are so uncomfortable. Take your money Elsewhere! Very disappointed!!

If you desperately need a room go there but it’s very dirty, outdated, old beds, mildew covers, beds are not comfortable, food is disgusting & overpriced! Whirlpool jets barely work & hardly clean! Had to switch my rooms 3x’s before finding a close to clean whirlpool! Too many unregistered guests hanging out in the pool! Pullout couches smell like pee & doesn’t have covers nor pillows! Highly recommend not booking here!!

Everything was good except the bed was awful. it was a spring mattress that caves in when you sit on it. When you lay in it, the mattress is sloped to the left so you can tell thats the side that all the guests sleep on because its close to the night stand and theres a chair and ottoman that kinda blocks you from getting in on the right side. Not just this one, but ALL hotels should rotate their mattresses to prevent this from happening. Also, I understand that theyre cheaper but spring mattresses are awful to sleep on. They need to stop using them.

We booked a room for the night as we had an early flight and they offer long term parking with shuttle service. That is unless you need shuttle service between midnight and 4:15am. We needed to be at the airport at 3:45, so we had to spend $20 on an uber. The girl at the front desk was very nice and helpful. She gave us our key and we headed to the room. The hallways all smelled of vape juice and weed smoke. Once in the room, it was about 35 degrees with no heat on. The mattresses were definitely bought from a prison salvage sale. They were absolutely horrible. The fridge was full of water. There were several full length hairs on the bed. The amount of dust on things could choke you out. Shower walls were dirty. They moved us rooms and the new room was better, but still not what one would expect for a room that was supposedly clean and ready to rent. I will not stay here again.
