"Our room wasn't cleaned. When we arrived back that night, I had to go to the front desk and get cleaned towels. Plus, you get charged for a fifth person to sleep on the sofa bed, but don't provide a sheet, blanket or pillow for them to use. I expected more for the amount charged."
