This is an excellent location for anything you may want to do in downtown Memphis. Check-in and check-out were a breeze and the staff was friendly and helpful. Valet was quick and easy. We only spent one night and noticed later in the evening, the lobby had a few people who seemed to be friends of the staff just hanging around. They weren't bothering anyone, but it was a bit odd. Other than that, it was a wonderful, quick stay

Over night stay

The hotel lobby was beautiful and the front desk lady and the valet workers were awesome and polite. The room was nice but a little disappointing, it was very clean the bed was soft! it just didn't have a fridge to keep our drinks and food cold. And they only had 1 bedside table.The bathroom was nice but when we took a shower the tub started to fill. It was good for our overnight stay. It's close to beale street so it's easy to walk for food and clubs, and the stadium. But overall if I was coming in town for a fun weekend I would stay there again. Now I know what to expect.

We enjoyed a beautiful corner room that had Beale street view. Excellent customer service at the front desk. Clean room. Only challenge was the continuous fan in the bathroom. There was no way to turn it off but it didn’t bother us too much. We did not spend much time in the room since we were outside most of the time
