Modern, well equipped apartment in great location

Modern, fairly spacious and well equipped apartment, just a few minute walk from Duomo. Easy self check-in. Some noise at night from some sort of machine / generator nearby, but no other outside noise. Two reasons for markdown: When I arrived, the property had not been cleaned after the previous occupant and nobody was there doing anything despite being well after the check in time. The online 'customer service' dropped the ball just writing 'the cleaners are running late, have a good day'. I'm not entirely confident I could rely problems would be sorted if there was something more serious. The apartment was cleaned two hours later though. The other was filling of an online form with personal details ahead of arrival. It's a good thing in principle, but I couldn't make it work on multiple devices and wasted plenty of time filling the same information again and again. We had to come up with a workaround of sending information via whatsapp.

Wahr sehr gut aber es fehlten die artikel produkte die in der anzeige home page standen, sehr ergerlich... wir hatten nur 1x seife mit handtücher mehr nicht.... zum glück fehlte nicht das toiletten papier. Aber die komunikation mit Ihnen war sehr sehr gut per what‘s app hat alles geklappt sehr freundlich!

Very disappointed at this property. Yes, it was clean but the door and bathroom flush were broken. The bedroom only had two small pillows for two guests. There were extra pillows we tried to use in the cabinet but they had no sheets and the pillows were stained yellow. The sheets smell like sweat. The only upside was it’s close to the main attractions.

Room was clean and comfortable however when checking in at different location then where you are staying it would be nice for the check-in person to walk you over to the building. Telling me it is 5 mins over there not helpful. Also the wifi wasn't working in the morning.

5 minutes from the Duomo, great condition

This is an apartment with a fully equipped kitchen, everything is new. The Doumo & the metro are 5 minutes away but no street noise in the room. Did hear the neighbors move around, though.

We were moved from Via Paolo di Cannobio to San Pio V 2 the night before our arrival which was slightly frustrating as we had planned all our routes. That said, the apartment they switched us to was lovely but the location was not as good. I guess you have to look at it in perspective - we were a family travelling with two young children and a double buggy, we had to therefore travel further to get to where we wanted but the apartment was modern, clean and had all the amenities we needed - kitchen, WiFi, two bathrooms etc so no complaints there.

Nice place and stay as such - but security issues made it not as relaxed - entry only through Number Combination Code which according to the Office is changed only every two weeks by a technician which means previous occupnats can re-enter theoretically the place at any time. There was no willingness from the Staff to change the Code because of security concers. The request for a call-back from the Office remained unanswered - nobody followed up. Therefore another solution had to be found. This REVIEW is is only for the knowledge of the Hotel Staff and not intended for general consumption

Great location but terrible organisation

The apartment was in a great location and it’s nice and clean. The person that met us was very friendly but although he gave us the codes to access our apartment, he failed to give us the code to enter the building (during the day the building door is open and a concierge mans it, but he lock at lunch time and nights). Repeatedly we asked for this code while waiting in the sun or late at night but first they gave us only a 4 digit number which didn’t work (neighbours let us in). The second day we complained again and the told us before the number we needed to add a key symbol, didn’t work so again wait for neighbors on the 3rd day the said to add xxx before everything else. There were people from other apartments from the same company in the street unable to enter the building just like us. They ignored some of my messages despite being online as I was writing them. The bed in the main room was very nice but the sofa bed in the living room was super uncomfortable. They we’re supposed to clean every other day but they didn’t.

Apartment is centrally located within a 2 minute walk to Duomo. Just enough space for 4 people. Check in was easy once the communication issue as resolved and the communication is shocking prior to arrival. Once we were checked in comm was great.

Better for long stays

This would be a great place to stay if you were staying for a week or more and wanted to get a feel for what it is like to live in Italy as it is essentially an apartment. The biggest issue we had was check in. They have a central office with several locations of rooms so it's difficult to know where exactly you are staying. They ask that you contact them and they will meet you at the location of your room. It got pretty confusing for us and even though I contacted them ten before we got to our location no one was there when we arrived and I had to call again after waiting about 10 minutes.

The check-in was rather chaotic as location of apartment was changed at last minute and parking was a distance from the apartment so we had to find our way to the apartment upon just arriving in Milan with no map. Used our cell phone GPS but it took as a while to make our way with all our luggage to the apartment. Apartment itself was fine. Kitchen very small.

Great place, amazing location, very clean. Downside - Hot water, no more than 2 guests can take a shower and the hot water runoff , and we had issues with the wifi. But they tried to fix it fast.
