They were so friendly and welcoming during my recent snowstorm stay. They offered to carry my bags in and out of the hotel. Breakfast was good with choices and changes each day. Breakfast host was kind. I picked this place for location and it was convenient to main road and shops. Only set back was I was looking forward to the gym and was excited when they said i could use it at any time instead of hours posted but when I walked in only one machine wasn't broke and when I got on that one machine it didn't work either. So if you are going to book for a gym in hotel they dont have a functioning one. Will be back and hopefully they will at least get a working exercise bike next time.

I reserved the room for my wife to be close to her chemotherapy appointment this morning. She was so sick yesterday that she could not travel. I called the Hotel to cancel my room only to be told that they could not do it because I reserved it on hotels.com. The website also would not let me cancel. My wife is fighting stage 4 pancreatic cancer. Inoperable and terminal. I will not use your service again.I paid for a room I could not use.

the sound of the AC unit in the room, it is extremely loud. also, the bathroom door was so dirty, and the bathtub had a hair in it. it is not worth for the amount of money they are charging.
