At check-in the front desk girl was incredibly sweet and nice to the person before me because they were regular at the hotel. But when I was next her whole attitude changed and I said nothing but I’m just staying for two nights I have a reservation and I said my name. It was like I didn’t deserve the same attitude. I was given a room directly over the lobby. The sounds of people till late evening, the ice machine across the hall. I stayed for two days the first night I either had the choice of a huge heavy comforter or a scratchy uncomfortable blanket or maybe just a sheet it was terrible. Toilet paper was on backwards. I used the shampoo and conditioner the 1st morning and there was enough in the little bottles that I could use the next day but they took them and didn’t replace them so I had no shampoo or conditioner the second morning. I asked for shaving cream at the front desk but they were out. I guess the only decent thing that I had was the breakfast and it wasn’t bad. I ask what time checkout was and asked for a receipt for my room and gave me one at 7:45am. Then I went back up to the room only to find that my key no longer worked and I had to get maintenance to let me in so I could get my stuff and leave in the next hour. unbelievable.

Nice stay

The only thing wrong was that the elevator was not working when we got there. Had to take the stairs to the second floor. Not bad though.....I looked at it like getting a little exercise in :) Other than that, it was a pretty nice stay. Thank you!

Wonderful Stay

Pros: Free breakfast, Close restaurants, Free Internet, Quiet
I had a quiet and relaxing stay. The room was clean, A/C worked great, comfortable bed and it was quiet. Staff were helpful and very nice. I will stay there every time I come to visit Midland, andmy daughter who owns the Fix it With Frosting bakery in the Midland Park Mall

Accommodations were great!

Pros: Free breakfast, Close restaurants, Quiet
During our stay we had to use the stairs, but that was ok. The staff apologized and made our stay welcoming. Breakfast was the usual but stocked well considering the amount of people in the breakfast room. The bed was very comfortable, and I had a good nights sleep.
