Cozy Holiday Home in Funen With Terrace

Only 200 m from the Baltic Sea shore at Varbjerg beach you will find this holiday home. From its terrace on the upper floor you can enjoy a beautiful view of the coast and the sea. Inside, there is a spacious kitchen / living area with dining area and attractive furniture in typical Scandinavian style. From this room you have direct access to the large, open terrace area of the house. The living room is technically equipped with TV and DVD player and Wi-Fi. Large, bright kitchen area with ceramic hob, convection oven and fridge freezer. There are three bedrooms in the house and a large bathroom with pleasant underfloor heating. Washer and clothes dryer are also installed. There is also a heated conservatory with direct access to the terrace. The cottage is located next to a large nature reserve, where there are many species of birds, a rich bird life, including the rare bird of prey marsh harrier, which breeds here in the region for several years. No rental to youth groups desired!
