Renter beware! A nice house but lots of issues. Upon arrival met with several maintenance issues that did not get a response from the host. Upon arrival, I find the screen of the screen is falling out of the door. It had been taped with black electrical tape so it was a known problem. Door on second floor leading to deck had a large gasket just dragging the floor making it difficult to get the doors shut. The coffee table leg was about to fall off.The lower patio was so dirty I had to clean it up myself:sticks, old matted leaves, cobwebs surrounding the back and sides of the hot tub which we had to step into to get the top off. The grill did not light as it should. It was filthy. Sent a message to host immediately. No response. 2 days later maintenance people arrive to fix rotted boards in the sidewalk around the house. Have no knowledge of my complaints. They checked into it and found my email. Later came back to work on the house. Other deficiencies. Kitchen had only 12 forks and 13 spoons. Not what I would expect for a house that is supposed to accommodate 17! Only given 1 roll of paper towels, no extra garbage bags for the kitchen. no dish cloths, one sponge only. Kitchen pans sparse and were scratched up teflon coated ones. Gas stove center burner clicking -off postion! Only 2 towels in my master bath and no wash cloths. Towel hook in bathroom falling off the wall. We were looking for a lost baby toy and checked under the couch cushions. YUCK! Lots of food remnants. .
