The house is gorgeous and very well maintained. We love the outdoor space . We spent time on the front porch during the day and during the evening. The outdoor lights are charming. I hope we can return.

2/10 Terrible

Disliked: Cleanliness, check-in, communication, location, listing accuracy
The pictures were mis-leading, the outside of the property was a disaster - there was construction and/or discarded outdoor furniture on either side of the property - communications to resolve were dismissed- and VRBO has dropped the ball as well. There were construction workers walking within 8 feet of the back porch - a small back porch- during the first 15 mins of our arrival- and the inside really way too small for 7 adults staying there even though the booking site says sleep up to 12. No way. the Fire pit area was on concreate and bricks next to a huge driveway - concrete and ugly belonging to next door neighbors with trash cans lined up. No beach view whatsoever on ground floor. For a few hundred dollars a night fine, for 1,000 a night???? No.
