Just feedback for hotel. The sound continuation in the halls and rooms are horrible. You can hear every single door open on the floor, every conversation in ppls rooms, even can hear the ding when the elevator comes from my room. I could not sleep well. Please do something about it, otherwise I have a great stay.

Check in staff failed to provide us with a curated to do list as promised they also told me that the ice skating rink was open… it was temporarily closed. Housekeeping left notes asking for tips and on our final day we noticed a large brown stain on the mattress that appeared to be blood. After completing the hotel generated survey the response was just as average as the stay. I would not recommend.
