Everything about our stay was wonderful. The customer service was excellent, the staff, the location, everything exceeded our expectations. Although we did have a small issue upon arrival with the first apartment assigned to us, the team responded quickly and kindly relocated us. In the end, it worked out even better; the new unit had a better view, more space, and several other improvements. For our first time here, the experience was truly excellent. We know each guest may have a different experience, and sometimes negative reviews can discourage others, but in our case, everything turned out well, thank God. We genuinely recommend it 100%! Most likely, we’ll definitely come back — so if you’re considering it, give yourself the chance to visit and don’t miss out on the best of the best.

Could Have Had 5 Stars!! But.....

We want to give this place 5 stars so bad but we cant. But to start? The apartment was nice and clean. Our city view was a bit obstructed with construction but that's something the property could not help. Staff was friendly and accommodating and parking on-site was a major plus! Our down side? No working toilet! Omg! We called twice to fix and they were responsive but not efficient in fixing the problem. We were told not to put tisse paper down the toilet. Huh??? Lol. So we had to make 'adjustments.' Not cool. Otherwise our stay was just okay. Secondly no wash cloths. They had black cosmetic cloths but they were not suitable for bathing. We dont plan on going back anytime soon. Working toilets are a necessary amenity!!

It’s not a hotel; there’s no lobby or room service. When I checked out on the day of my departure, they called me at 11 am and informed me that I could extend my check-out time. They provided me with a link to pay for the extended check-out, which cost me $60. However, at approximately 1:20 pm, Cindy, a staff member, called me and was extremely rude. She informed me that I had to check out within 15 minutes or she would call the police on me. I tried to explain that I had paid for the extended check-out, but she denied my request and told me that it was denied. Ten minutes later, Cindy arrived at my room and knocked on the door. She threatened me and my family, stating that she would call the police and accuse us of trespassing. It was an extremely inconvenient situation. After I checked out, I called the management and explained the entire incident. They attempted to conceal Cindy’s name, but later, she sent me an apology message. However, her apology was not acceptable.
