The first room the gave us was dirty, trash blanked and towels all over the floor, bad odor. The second room they gave us was ocupied by another guest. Finally the 3rd one was kind in a better condition compared to the previous one. Very disappointed will never stay in this place again. The lady who attended us was nice.

Horrible conditions, nothing was like the pictures in the website. The staff did the best they could do. I understand it’s a homeless shelter but should treat the situation with better dignity for the people staying there.
