Pros: the location and the views from the balcony were great, the apartment is comfortable and clean and all was in good working order.Cons: you get just one key, with one key fob, that is needed to work the elevator and doors to the pool, gym, etc. You can get an app programmed to function as another fob, if the right person is at the desk, but you still only have one key, so unless your group is coming and going together always, it's a hassle but we made it work. Also the "2nd living room" is just the exit out of the track kitchen and the futon isn't all that comfortable to sleep on, although the couch in the living room is (twin size).
