Hotel was perfectly located to everything in South beach. Room was clean but dated. Shower leaked very badly and would flood the bathroom. Had a broken coffee pot but was replaced in a few minutes. That was great.

Room was huge and immaculate! We had a prob in our room and a team arrived in minutes to rectify it. Check was a breeze and when arrived early for our second stay after our cruise, they held our bags securely. Excellent location too!

Room was OK. No way that we found to get clean towels The hotel would send e mails telling us how concerned they were that everything was going ok + if any problems to reply to the e mail -however when I did , it would come back message failure- domain not found. T h ey have no front desk where you could speak to someone. I don't have texting in the U.S.so couldn't reply to their texts + could not use cell phone without heavy roaming charges
