Hello and thank you so much for your feedback! While we at SS Vacation Rentals operate a number of short term rental units in the building, we unfortunately do not have any control over the maintenance of the common areas. I have already sent your feedback about the hallways to the property's management team, as we do agree that the experience you are describing is below an acceptable standard. I am sorry to hear about the misunderstanding that occurred with the parking! There are two parking options available for our guests. The building offers an on-site valet service, separate from SS Vacation Rentals, that our guests can arrange directly upon arrival with the valet attendant. The cost of the valet service is $40/night + an $11 'in and out fee' every time you take out your car. In order to offer our guests an alternative, more economical option, we secured a limited number of spaces in a public parking lot across the street from the property. We offer the parking passes for these spots to our guests for $30/day, with no additional in & out fees. I hope you will reconsider and come back to stay with us again at any one of our properties for your next Miami getaway! We would love the chance to make it up to you with a much better guest experience!
