We had a wonderful stay at this Miami hotel! From the moment we arrived, the friendly staff made us feel welcomed and taken care of. Our room was spotless, comfortable, and beautifully modern — the perfect place to relax after a day out. The location was also a huge plus, with plenty of shops and great food options just a short walk away. We truly enjoyed our experience and would absolutely stay here again! 🌴✨

The staff here at Waves Berkeley Shore were all friendly and helpful. The rooms were nucecand clean. The restaurant was AMAZING especially the lamb chops. This hotel just has a great VIBE. Will definitely return❤️💯

I decided to stay here for my birthday and I loved it. The rooms very clean, I had a complimentary wine although I don't drink, I appreciated it nonetheless. I absolutely LOVED the breakfast, every day I chose something new and everything tasted good. I have since recommended this hotel to a friend who is visiting Miami soon, and he already confirmed his booking. Oh, let me also say that all members of staff were very welcoming, courteous and very helpful. I HIGHLY recommend and it's in a great spot too.

I absolutely loved my stay at the Iberostar Waves Berkeley Shore! From the moment we arrived, the service exceeded all expectations. The hotel is modern, clean, and perfectly located near the beach, restaurants, and all the best parts of South Beach. A special shoutout to Abdullah—he was truly amazing. He was warm, welcoming, and went above and beyond to make us feel at home. Every interaction with him was genuine, and he made our stay feel extra comfortable and memorable. The rooftop pool was peaceful, the rooms were spotless, and the beach service was a huge bonus. Overall, our experience was lovely, and I would absolutely stay here again. Highly recommended for anyone visiting Miami!

As Gold members of Hotels.com and part of Iberostar’s The Club, we expected at least a basic level of attention. We had requested early check-in for a one-night stay... not only was this ignored, but no one acknowledged the request during check-in. The front desk staff lacked empathy and professionalism. Instead of assisting guests, they were seen chatting and replying to voice notes on their phones. Our room showed clear signs of wear: rusty trash can, chipped wood, and questionable cleanliness. For a supposedly 4-star hotel, maintenance was subpar. We also had another reservation for two more nights the following week, but were told they do not offer luggage storage... a basic and essential service, especially for returning guests. Needless to say, we canceled the upcoming stay and will not be returning. Very disappointing experience.

The staff were friendly and courteous, especially the front desk and housekeeping staff. The room was clean and there was an atmosphere of calmness from the time you entered the hotel. The restaurant on site was good as well, and their staff were pleasant and attentive. Excellent experience! Will definitely be coming back!
