To West, you can visit the famous colossal Hard Rock Guitar Hotel & Casino and is the perfect location to be on the beach if you are attending an event at Hard Rock Stadium. ● From Miami International Airport (MIA):

Hallandale Beach is 23.8 miles away from MIA.

In both cases, you can either take an Uber or rent a car at the Airport.
