A few things stood out for me. First, was the check-in process that was seamless. The lady at the reservation desk was thorough, patient, and helpful. Second, my room was as I expected - clean, spacious, comfortable. Third, the grounds provided areas that my wife and I could relax comfortably with some privacy. Fourth, breakfast, although being continental, was full of variety, and finally the check-out process was also seamless. In addition, the staff was friendly and helpful as you would expect.

Absolutely horrible experience. The bed was so uncomfortable. Our feet were higher than our heads. There was a light that shined into our room and the curtains are so thin that it lit the whole room up. There’s a side road that allows the cars headlights to shine right into the room. The mini fridge was so loud, walls so thin. To top it all off when we woke up there was a bug in the bed. Worst ever. If you decide to stay here do not stay in room 305

I would not recommend this hotel. The whole property is run down. The cleaner used in our room was so strong I had to sleep wearing a face mask. The room smoke detector is brown due to years of smoking in the past and is not operational. Lobby and food eating area were dirty and had an old mattress and boxes etc in it.
