Spacious...but Needs Improvement
I selected this unit because it would fit the family and we could walk to the beach. That alone would get 5 stars. Problems: ZERO communication from the property management company - even when I sent direct messages. Elevator service inside the building is awful. Nearly 30 minutes to get from the 23rd floor to the lobby. 1 elevator even got stuck because of over crowding...but people over crowd because they take so long to call. You have to pay a separate resort fee to the property directly. This fee includes 2 chairs, an umbrella, and 4 towels at the beach. Problem is they have a very SMALL area on the beach that is allocated to multiple hotels & spas so you likely will not be able to use them. They will not give you the towels alone, you have to sit in their chairs to be given towels. So we could not utilize the service. Fortunately I brought my own ..but unfortunately it took me 50 minutes to go back and get them because of the elevator waits. The unit itself had clean linen and toilets. The floors were dirty...not with big items, but your socks are gross after walking through the apt. I woke up in the morning to a roach on the counter. I did have a bayg of twizlers out. But no actual food, not even in the garage can. You are also required to pay 40/night for valet. Other than that, place was as advertised.
