The best thing about this location, was its location. My email to check in didn’t have any details, so by the time our flight landed and we got here, we couldn’t find anyone to show us where to go. No one answered the phone. After wondering around for about 10 minutes, we found a piece of paper taped down on wall/counter with my last name but not my correct first name, and I’ve got a common last name- so I took a chance and went to the room hoping I wasn’t waking someone up by knocking on their door or just opening an unlocked door. Luckily I’m pretty sure it was ours. No one else tried to come in. Dish washer was still full of dishes, spared kitchen dishes. I’m glad it had shampoo and conditioner. Balcony and AC were essential for us and worked great. But outlets don’t want to hold your cords. They fall out. It needs some maintenance, basics (like paper towels and face cloths,)and then this place would rock. Quiet location, pool was pretty cold but clean. Not much outside noise. A little overpriced IMOH, but it’s my first time in Florida- so maybe I have different price to location and amenities ratio? I would say I’d come back if it was maybe 1/2-2/3’s the price- but mainly due to its location to the beach.

This is an old, housekeeping style hotel with a clean pool, free parking and walking distance to the beach, restaurants and shopping. Roberto was helpful getting us checked in.However, many things in the rooms do not work, are dirty, old, need replacement or are just worn out. We had a two bedroom room on the second floor (so we were lucky to have a balcony) but only two of the burners on the stove worked (these even had to be lit with a match as the igniter was broken on both burners), the WiFi in the room was inconsistent and often did not work, the D/W leaked water so was not usable, the couch in the living room was broken down and completely worn out. There were many rough repair patches on the walls, rusty fixtures, damaged floor tiles, taps with the chrome plating peeling off, a missing smoke alarm in the master bedroom etc. No supplies are provided - not even the basic items like paper towels, salt and pepper, sugar, kleenex etc. We brought our concerns to the attention of the office staff on our first morning and they promised to look into things, especially the stove, D!W and WiFi, but no one made any repairs during our 4 day stay. Of the many VRBO properties that we have stayed in over the years, this was absolutely the most disappointing.

SCAMMERS! FRAUDULENT LISTING! We got a refund bc the listing advertises pictures that are NOT the unit they are renting, which is a direct violation of VRBO's policy. The unit is filthy, bugs, hair, droppings, rust, black mold, stains everywhere, etc.
