It was extremely noisy. You could hear the very busy road outside the hotel, people stomping around in the rooms above us. And the smell the whole place smelled like mildew now my suitcase stinks. Every single item that I brought with me smelled like mildew, including my hairbrush. It says the beach is one minute walk away totally is not true. It’s more like 5 to 10 minutes. Just an overall bad experience was not happy with it.

Had problems with getting information about the shuttles. Website had different times shuttle was available. When we returned and called the hotel, they could not give a time when the shuttle would be able to pick us up, so we ended up taking an Uber.

While the staff was nice and welcoming, the building and room were dated, nothing like the pictures. The good: Location, parking, heated pool. Rooms with carpet can never be cleaned properly, bathroom exhaust didn't work, bathroom tub was partially clogged, rust all over the small fridge in the room.

The hotel is run down. Way more so than any of the photos show. The rooms smell like mildew or mold. The cloths I wore to bed are now trash as they smelled after two washes. Should have known but way poorer than expected
