This property was listed as luxury, it was far from luxury. It was filthy! Their were fingerprints all over the refrigerator ,dirty stuck on food on old countertops appliances. The bedding smelled like sweat and so did the couch and towels. When I arrived, I had to wash all of the bedding and towels to find that the pillows were completely soiled. I had to cover the couch with a blanket because it smelled of sweat so terribly. I called the management company and asked them to have all of the linens laundry but,I did not get a response until a day later. They did offer to send someone in to have the apartment re-cleaned but I didn’t understand how that would work being there were no cleaning supplies in the apartment. This apartment was very dated and terribly filthy. It seemed like someone’s personal apartment that they rent every now and again for extra money. I have stayed at Aria more than a handful of times and every apartment was perfection. I did read the reviews before booking this apartment but if you notice all of the reviews are from an outside source not true Vrbo clients. Never again with this management company! Gross !
