TrÚs bon séjour, personnel professionnel. HÎtel cependant nécessitant un rafraichissement général (couloirs, moquette, peintures intérieures et extérieures). Préconisation pour COVID-19 appliquée par l'ensemble du personnel, mais clients autres que Français (TchÚques & Polonais) sans Test PCR ! Pas de port du masque sur l'ensemble de la clientÚle.

L’hotel ù generalmente bello, pulito e il cibo discreto. Una difficoltà alla reception: volevano farmi pagare un sovrapprezzo di un terzo del mio soggiorno. Assicuratevi che sia tutto chiaro prima di partire! Animazione solo in francese, peccato Rispetto agli altri sull’isola mi sembra comunque superiore

Bel hĂŽtel dans l'ensemble. Quelques points Ă  amĂ©liorer comme la propretĂ© des piscines et des chambres, mais personnel souriant et aimable et bon buffet bien garni chaque jour. En revanche, service client Ă  amĂ©liorer: prolonger de quelques heures une chambre pour un dĂ©part tardif a Ă©tĂ© une mission alors que l'hĂŽtel est immense et qu'il y a Ă©normĂ©ment de chambres vides...et pour avoir un taxi ne comptez pas sur la rĂ©ception non plus. Sens du service Ă  revoir tout de mĂȘme!

Nous avons ete logé dans le bùtiment D qui se trouve a l'entrée de l'hÎtel. Celui ci donne sur l'arrivée des cars de tourisme et donc est tres bruyant la nuit. Certaines chambres de se batiment ont une forte odeur d'égout . La restauration au restaurant de la plage est vraiment trÚs light et une organisation catastrophique. Les bouteilles d'eau sont distribuées au compte goûte. Les points positifs sont l'accÚs directe a la plage, l'hotel est bien positionné dans djerba.

HÎtel minable pour un 4 étoiles annoncé

AprĂšs 10 jours en famille dans cet hĂŽtel nous avons Ă©tĂ© plus que déçus part toutes les prestations. Les chambres ne sont jamais nettoyĂ©es, baignoire et sol plein de sable aprĂšs le passage des femmes de menage, lavabo et toilettes dans un Ă©tat de crasse pas possible. Une odeur d’égout Dans les couloirs et chambres tout le long du sĂ©jour et en prime un cafard dans la salle de bain en fin de semaine. Restauration: Les plats sont toujours les mĂȘmes. Interdiction d’avoir des bouteilles d’eau avant 10h et uniquement au bar centrale. Ce qui est inadmissible quand’ il fait 40 degrĂ©s dans un all inclusive! L'Ă©quipe d’animation est inexistante. Nous ne recommandons absolument pas cet hĂŽtel

- Dans les wc et la sdb de la chambre proposĂ©e Ă  l'arrivĂ©e il n'y avait pas de revĂȘtement de sol (le carrelage a Ă©tĂ© dĂ©posĂ© mais pas remplacĂ©). J'ai donc demandĂ© un changement de chambre mais l'opĂ©ration Ă  pris 2h le temps de prĂ©parer une autre chambre car a priori l'hĂŽtel Ă©tait complet ou presque (2h de perdues) - État gĂ©nĂ©ral de l'hĂŽtel Ă  revoir les enduits des murs et plafonds seraient Ă  refaire par exemple. - En gĂ©nĂ©ral le personnel fait beaucoup d'efforts pour nous satisfaire rapidement - un gros point positif est la courtoisie et la patience du personnel notamment au restaurant malgrĂ© la grossiĂšretĂ© et l'agressivitĂ© de certains clients qui se comportent comme des esclavagistes sous prĂ©texte qu'ils sont clients. Encore bravo!

Water facilities were excellent: two large pools just behind a well-maintained beach area with umbrellas and lounge chairs, plus a kids pool area and a "quiet pool" further inside the buildings. One of the big pools has about 7 water slides going into one end of it, a pool bar with cocktails, and quieter areas away from the slides. The other big pool is used mostly for activities and games, with a full program going on most of the day. The best part of the whole hotel is a restaurant on the beach, where you can eat your all-inclusive lunch with drinks. This is the only hotel in the immediate area with such a restaurant. Mini-golf course by front entrance. All-inclusive buffet was extensive, many choices. Clear water at the beach, and you can walk out 50m or more away from sand at low tide. Camel and horse rides offered (for a fee) along the beach.

Guests were mostly Russian and Eastern European plus some French mixed in, with almost no one speaking much English, so this made things somewhat uncomfortable in various ways. I've traveled in these regions before, and the all-inclusive buffet food was a bit weird and not so great. You walk into buffet and no one helps you figure out where to sit or offers you something to drink. Speaking of which, drinks were disappointing - for example, "fancy cocktails" at the pool turned out to be just mixes of red, green, blue, and yellow liquers in various ratios. And finally, they over-charged by one night by mistake, and could not seem to understand (or were unwilling?) to fix the problem despite numerous conversations. But hey, cool water slides. :)
