Este condominio es como un departamento, no tiene instalaciones como los hoteles (loobing, restaurante, alberca, gimnasio). Fuera de eso es muy agradable ya que se encuentra dentro de un gran complejo de campos de golf, es muy tranquilo y familiar y el paisaje es muy agradable. Tiene tdos los servicios básicos.
