Location was what we expected. Noise from street traffic was extremely load. I did come prepared since im a light sleeper. View from balcony and roof top was excellent. I would have given this location a better rating had our room been clean. After several requests and several promises from Mrs Teresa fron dest manager nothing was done. I ended up having to give the room a cleanung myself. My other complaint was we requests for our room and bed to be made up. We gave iver 5 hour for this to be done. Job was not done. I was suck from the flu and had to sit in the lobby after getting upset and showing them how unhappy i was for them to even get to our room. My overall thoughts are the Mre Teresa show the guest lots of sweetness so that this way you feel bad in requesting her to follow through with her job. Im not saying we didnt make the best of our hotel stay. I nce i gave the room a good cleaning why would we take the cgance of losing our reservation when reservation where not easy to get due to the holidays. Note: make sre to pack cleaning supplies if your going to stay here!

The room itself was nice, with a great view of the Angel. However, upon entering the room, I noticed a disgusting smell of sewage that filled the entire room. The smell was coming from the bathroom. I knocked on the door of our neighbors and they said their rooms did not smell. The hotel was packed and we could not get another room. The maintenance staff should ensure that, before guests arrive, the room should be in perfect condition and not smell like a sewage dump.

Nosotros tuvimos un excelente tiempo en Suites Capri Reforma Ángel, cada día limpiaron la habitación, cambiaban toallas. El personal fue de mucha ayuda dandonos información y muy atentos. El hotel está muy bien ubicado cerca a la estación Sevilla del metro y al frente del hotel pasa el metro bus, hay restaurantes en la misma cuadra al frente y a los alrededores. Fue muy seguro moverse en general en la ciudad. Recomendamos 100% el hotel.

The staff is rude and they look they are tired to be there. There is no A/C and you know about it when you get there. The room has a fan and it was ok for me as DF has a nice weather. It is no fancy room but is comfortable and you have what you need with a equiped kitchen

Most of the amenities for the kitchen were available, although would have been nice to have a few cleaning supplies. Area is very good, and feels safe. There is lots of good places to eat, from street vendors, to cafes, to restaurants. If you like Korean food, the area has a Korean restaurant or grocery story on every block, it feels like! Balcony overlooking the main boulevard is nice, though warning: its VERY loud. There doesnt seem to be any soundproofing. I could hear all the street noise - bring good earplugs! Additional note: the hotel has lifts, but there is a set of stairs leading up to the entrance, so if you have mobility issues, it could be a problem. Overall a good stay.
