To maintain a peaceful, safe, and elegant environment for all guests, we kindly ask that you follow these guidelines:
Check-in & Check-out
• Check-in: From 3:00 p.m.
• Check-out: By 11:00 a.m.
• Late check-out: $450 MXN (subject to availability and must be requested in advance)
Occupancy
• Maximum occupancy: 2 guests
• Only registered guests are allowed on the property
• Visitors are strictly not permitted under any circumstances
Quiet Hours
• 10:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m.
Please respect other guests and keep noise levels low.
Smoking
• Smoking is strictly prohibited inside rooms and anywhere within the building.
Food & Beverages
• Food consumption is not permitted in common areas.
• Please dispose of trash properly and notify staff if additional collection is needed.
Parties & Gatherings
• Parties, events, or gatherings are not allowed in the room or common areas, including the rooftop terrace.
Security
• 24-hour security personnel are on-site.
• Keep your access code confidential.
• Ensure doors are properly closed at all times.
• The property is not responsible for lost personal belongings.
Failure to comply with these rules may result in penalties or immediate cancellation of the stay without refund.
