The cost/quality ratio is off here. The hotel is in need of maintenance, the rooms are very stuffy and hot without any air circulation. The windows cannot be left open at night because of noise and bright streetlights. The mattresses are quite hard and the water provided in the room had a bad smell, requiring using the water in the minibar. The location is still excellent. Previous stays here were better, but it seems as though it has been neglected.

Beautiful property, the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful (accommodating of all our asks and answering our questions, helping us call a restaurant to flag late arrival when our uber didn't turn up and providing recommendations) and a great location for walkable parks, cafés and restaurants. Wonderful breakfast with attentive servers.

This is a lovely boutique hotel in a great walkable location in La Condesa. Breakfast was wonderful, with attentive and friendly servers. The bathroom was quite small, with terrible lighting. It was not as "luxe" as several other boutique hotels that we visited once we were there, but it served it's purpose for our visit quite well.

A great hotel in a perfect location. Rooms are small and bathrooms are smaller, but that’s not what you’re there for. You’re there for great hospitality in an outstanding location. The rooftop bar is the perfect spot for a nightcap, or the beginning of an evening out. We loved it and we’ll be back.
