We really enjoyed our stay at Casa Espacio! We spent two weeks here. We had 10 people in our group - 6 adults (grandparents and two sets of parents), 1 teen, and kids 9, 4, and 1. There was plenty of space for all of us everywhere. We spent a lot of time in the pool! Love the "splash pad" area at one end where little kids can play. There is a table in the pool, too, where we sat and read or just chatted. Pool was spacious and accommodated all of us at one time. We used the hot tub a few times, too. The kitchen is really well laid-out and had everything we needed to prepare meals. The house is located close to everything - great central location for restaurants, grocery stores, shopping, multiple beaches. Overall, Merritt Island is in a great spot since it's so close to Cocoa Beach, Cocoa and the Port. We appreciated the very quick responses from the host when we had questions or needed anything. Highly recommend this house for family vacations!!

We recently stayed here with a group of friends — 4 families total — and it was absolutely perfect! The house truly had everything we could have ever needed or wanted. The game room kept the kids (and adults) entertained for hours, and the pool, hot tub, and yard games were such a hit for all!The home was incredibly clean and very well maintained. There were plenty of bedrooms and bathrooms, which made it so comfortable for multiple families to stay together without feeling crowded.We couldn’t have asked for a better place to make memories. Highly recommend and would absolutely stay again!

The rooms were all very spacious and clean. The beds were big and very comfortable for everyone. We had a big group and really enjoyed the open room between the kitchen to the living room. It was big enough to fit everyone and cozy enough that we felt together and were able to bond. The table in the pool was neat and the hot tub was clutch as it rained majority of our stay so having that option was amazing. The game room in the garage was another fantastic add, especially being able to open the garage door. Some feedback - there weren't a lot of additional towel in the house, there was a washer/dryer so had to do laundry quite a bit. There wasn't any working hair dryers in the house. There was one, but it was broken. The A/C only went down to 71. Our group was from CO and we're not used to the hotter weather so we were quite warm in the house especially at night. The host was very nice and communicative. Responsive and detailed. There was some inconsistencies with check out as they messaged saying check out was at 10am but the book inside the house said 11am. The host was flexible and let us check out at 11am, no issues. The host did ask for an accurate count of guests as they would charge a 50 per guest per night charge outside of what was provided which I've never experienced with VRBO. Our group had individuals coming and going throughout our reservation

The house and location were perfect for our family visit to the Space Coast! The 5 bedrooms were perfectly situated to accommodate grandparents, parents, and 2 toddlers (who particularly loved the full sized bunk beds). The pool was crystal clear and had a nice wade area that was perfect for the children.The location was easy to get to and located in a quiet neighborhood with easy access to stores and restaurants. The hosts were very helpful and responded quickly to any questions or information needed.We definitely would like to visit again!

We, 2 grandparents, 4 parents and 4 kids stayed 5 nights and enjoyed it immensely. The kids spent more time in the pool than in the house. Everything was well stocked, working, clean, and tastefully decorated. The host communicated a lot of helpful information and answered our questions quickly. I would recommend this location and would return again if I needed this size home in the future. 10 of 10 points.

Beautiful & fun home for a big group & launch views!

Our stay here was wonderful for 3 families with 3 kids. The host is easy to get a hold of and quick to respond to questions. The location is perfect and close to Cocoa beach area & the Kennedy space station and about 50 minutes from Orlando and the airport. We booked this to relax after a couple of crazy days at the parks in Orlando. The first night we got to see a rocket launch from the front porch which was one of the highlights of the stay! The pool is a nice touch and everyone enjoyed lots of swimming to cool down from the heat. The house is so nice and spacious and the beds and pillows are so comfortable. We loved that there are at least 3 king bedrooms & 4 bathrooms for everyone traveling. The kids enjoyed the double bunk bed room. The pictures don’t do it justice. The arcade game room in the garage was fun for everyone, especially the kids. We would definitely stay here again.

Property was very clean. Appliances worked well. Beds were super comfortable. Tons of kitchen space which was great for our large group. One bath and hand towel was provided per person, and there are beach towels stored in the downstairs bathroom. Would have enjoyed having a few more towels. Would also have liked a couple more lounge chairs - there are only two lounge chairs which is not a lot for a large group. It could have been on the property fine print but you can't go in the pool after 10 PM due to a county ordinance. This didn't bother us because it was early in the season and the water was not that warm yet for night swimming. Location close to cocoa beach about a 15 minute drive. Clean well kept & with everything you could need

This is a great property pool, hot tub, game room, TV’s in every room, kitchen is big and roomy with most anything you might need. Beds are firm but comfortable and the linen were plush and very comfortable as well. I would highly recommend this house for a comfortable stay in the Coco Beach area.

Great stay for my husband and I. If you are looking for a large home, this is it. Very clean and accurately described. We enjoyed the hot tub. Wish the pool was heated during the cooler months. WONDERFUL All Around

Everything about our stay was wonderful. The host was very responsive, the house and property were very clean, the bedroom layouts fit our family well. As long as you have a vehicle everything you would need is close enough to access from the beach to restaurants and the grocery store. I would recommend this property if traveling with a large family or kids.
