The room was great, everything was updated and really nice! The continental breakfast was excellent with several options to start your day. The front desk was friendly and very helpful. The MOST important thing is that we left a valuable item behind in the room and it was immediately put in the office when found. Then Raj personally went far above and beyond facilitating getting it back to us. We can't express enough how much we appreciate what Raj did for us. He is an exceptional person and the Hotel is lucky to have someone like him working there

Our room seemed clean, and they don't allow pets which is a must for us. Breakfast was a mess. Ran out of coffee, no cream, no tea bags, no sugar, no bowls. Eggs and sausage were cold. Couldn't find the GUEST LAUNDRY door after sorting, detergent and quarters. Although it was a listed amenity and a lobby sign for it, "It wasn't set up yet."
