The portico at the front of the building was falling apart. A large chunk of it was already missing. The pool was closed (this was mentioned no where on their website). They said it was due to Covid. However, no employees were wearing masks and they were not asking guests to wear masks in the lobby. Our room was on the third floor and the elevator was broken. Nothing anyone thought to mention prior to our stay or inform us of. When I called customer service. I was told I would receive a call within 48 hours to discuss my issue. It has been 5 days. Do not recommend this property.

I was excited about the indoor pool and it was nasty so i refused to get in it. The pictures online did not look like reality. Tv did not work, cords sticking out of the wall. Smoke detector chirped the whole time, toilet ran the whole time. It was very disappointing and unimpressive

I was in a bind to find a hotel due to issues with another reservation at a different hotel. I was able to secure a room here and explain my situation to the manger who was beyond willing to help me out. During my stay, the cooperate offices called and inquired about any additional nights I may need and offered me a terrific rate to stay those extra nights. During a very stressful process, the staff at the OYO here in Memphis have been amazing and took amazing care of me.

There is nothing good to say about the property. First off the name was different then what was listed on the ad. Tried to charge $100 deposit. Room was dirty. Spider in the room. Floors dirty bathroom dirty shower heard hanging out the wall. No room service spa was dirty pump not working. No room service no restraunt, no free breakfast. Drug dealers hanging out around the hotel. Staff smoking drugs by the entrance. Refused to refund at check in.

Check in was quick and Patrick was wonderful. The hotel had a horrible smell from the minute you walk in. When we got to the elevators, we noticed the hallway flooring was damaged and peeling up. When we got to our room, we always do a bedbug check, no bedbugs. We turned around and noticed rust in the lamps and there was mold on the lampshades and walls. The icing on the cake was another couple was given our room as well and walked in. We contacted Travelocity and they contacted the hotel, which refunded us the money. Although the hotel is listed as OYO, the outside is still tagged as a DoubleTree.
