Esperienza unica!

E' stata un'ottima esperienza: la casa si trova in una posizione tranquilla ma a due passi dal mare. Molto comoda per via dei due bagni. La veranda esterna è attrezzata per mangiare all'aperto pur essendo coperta e al riparo dal sole. Molto apprezzata l'ospitalità di Tony e la tranquillità del posto, ci siamo sentiti in un'ambiente familiare.

Ottima esperienza

Abbiamo trascorso una settimana in pieno agosto in questo appartamento e siamo rimasti molto soddisfatti. La casa ha due camere da letto, ciascuna con bagno privato. Una delle due, molto grande ha un letto matrimoniale ed un letto singolo, l'altra un matrimoniale. Siamo rimasti colpiti dell'ampia cucina molto ben accessoriata e dalla bella veranda coperta che abbiamo usato per mangiare (c'è spazio anche per lasciare le biciclette). Alle spalle c'è un piccolo giardino con una doccia riscaldata. Molto utili le informazioni che ci ha fornito il proprietario all'arrivo e molto comoda la distanza dal mare, circa 100 metri dalla spiaggia di sabbia. Ci si arriva a piedi e una volta arrivati si può scegliere se prendere un ombrellone nel lido o fermarsi sulla spiaggia libera, ci sono entrambe. Come ultimo, anche in pieno agosto abbiamo avuto la possibilità di parcheggiare l'auto sotto casa, il posto c'è sempre. La località, San Foca, è un piccolo paese molto ben organizzato. C'è tutto quello che serve: bar, supermercati, ristoranti di vario livello, pescherie (con pesce freschissimo) ed un bel lungomare collegato al porto dove si può fare delle belle passeggiate. Abbiamo apprezzato molto anche l'ospitalità della gente del posto, il tipico calore del sud e naturalmente... il mare, il vero segreto del Salento.

Esperienza fantastica!!!

E' stata una fantastica esperienza quella presso la casa di Tony, che ha lasciato un ottimo ricordo a me e alla mia famiglia. La casa è stata perfetta per noi: dotata di due camere indipendenti, ciascuna con bagno privato, una doccia esterna riscaldata, un'ottima cucina e una bella veranda esterna dove poter cenare tranquilli. Ottima anche l'accoglienza di Tony che ha aspettato il nostro arrivo fino a sera e ci ha accolto con consigli sul luogo e informazioni utili. Molto apprezzato! Eè stata un'esperienza che ci è rimasta nel cuore e che speriamo di poter ripetere presto.

Settimana di relax

Ho passato una settimana bellissima il padrone di casa ci ha accolto con prodotti del territorio la casa era confortevole pulitissima con tutto quello che può servire in una casa .devo ringraziare ancora il padrone di casa il sig rollo per i consigli che ci ha dato e quando siamo partiti ha tenuto a farci assaporare altri prodotti del Salento in tanti anni che vado in case vacanze ho mai trovato una persona così gentile .ma devo dire ancora che tutte le persone che ho incontrato sono state gentilissime

Ottimo soggiorno:consigliato!

Abbiamo soggiornato una sola notte, ma è bastato per farci apprezzare la comodità, pulizia ed il comfort dell'appartamento. Ottima posizione a due passi dalla spiaggia libera e privata ed anche dal centro della località. Il proprietario è gentilissimo, sempre disponibile e reperibile. San Foca è stata una piacevolissima sorpresa. Consigliatissimo!
