Very comfortable house in a residence with large swimming pool, a large outdoor area and in an excellent location in the wonderful Torre Dell’Orso. The house is located a few steps from the enchanting white sandy beach (just 100 meters) and the center of this marina (next to the complex there is the Info point), with all the main services and the evening strolls immediately reachable on foot. Inside, the house has a dining room with kitchenette, a large and bright living room with TV, double sofa bed and single bed. The sleeping area is as follows: a double bedroom and a room with two single beds. Adjacent to one of the double rooms there is a comfortable bathroom with only toilet and sink, while next to the other double room, equipped with a flat screen TV, we find the second bathroom, recently renovated, complete with shower. The strong point of the house is the large outdoor area which can be accessed from the kitchen, or (on the front side) from the large French door in the living room. The bricked garden runs around the housed is embellished with colourful flower beds where, in the shade of the Bougainvillea, you can relax and enjoy outdoors meals or again organise a barbecues with friends for cheerful time in company. At the front of the garden you can enjoy the splendid view of the swimming pool, ideal for keeping an eye on the little ones while they play. You can directly access the stretch of water, equipped with a fence for securing children, from the small gate in the garden. Located on the ground floor, the apartment is located within a residence and is perfect for a family or a group of friends of 4-6 people.
