We had a wonderful stay in Rye and couldn’t fault the place. The house was spotless, very comfortable, and had excellent amenities — everything we needed for a relaxing break.The location is fantastic and made getting around really easy, whether you’re a family with kids or a group of friends. The host was great to deal with, very responsive and flexible, and check-in was simple and stress-free. We also really appreciated the starter supplies, which was a thoughtful touch.Overall, a great spot for a weekend getaway. We’d happily stay again and would definitely recommend it.

The bedrooms, bathrooms,and lounge were very clean. The kichen bench had crumbs on it, we had to wash the cutlery, and crockery because they were not clean, some gad old food on them, nor were the drawers holding them. We cleaned a lot of drawers before putting back the clean dishes etc.The supposed 4th bedroom with a single bed was nothing but a small box room or study with a hard divan set up as a single bed. In the description on Stayz it stated the 4th bedroom had a single bed. It was not big enough to be a bedroom and it certainly wasn't a single bed. Very disappointing. Also we had to bring dishwashing tablets, toilet paper, top sheets and bin liners as the Stayz site said there was enough only to start us off. Very poor.The vacuum cleaner was choc full of someone else's dirt, so we left it likecthat and just swept the floor before we left. It was very pet friendly, which was good, and nice and spacious.

Great property, really stunning and perfect for a getaway! We had a few issues with supplies (not enough dishwasher tabs, no salt, no hand towels, only one tea towel, no shower gel in one shower) which made the stay a little less convenient, but overall our stay was very comfortable.
