This hotel offers reasonable value for money. The staff were courteous and helpful and the room was pleasant. The design of the bathroom allowed water to splash on the floor and having to step up into a rather narrow shower may cause difficulty for some.

Guest Service agent Joan was brilliant when I checked in. This set the tone for the stay. Our room was a lovely corner room with views and a great rainwater showerhead. The hotel was in a great location where we were able to potter over to Chinatown for dinner.

check in was very efficient,GEECHAI, was fantastic, from there it all went downhill. Tried the restaurant food, it was not cooked and terrible. Tried the same dish for room service, silly us, not cooked & terrible. Forgot to book for breakfast,came down to breakfast room, four people in the room, refused to give me the deal for breakfast, because i had not booked the previous evening, it was empty. Staff need to have training from GEECHAI. $400.00 FOR FRIDAY NIGHT, you need to do much better, we will not be back, unless you lift your game.
