Our shared amenities include a Florida Room with books and games, a refreshing swimming pool, grill for BBQ fun, hammock, cornhole and popular Pickleball court. The cottage is on a shared .64 acre property with a main house, two cottages and Airstream. Excellent location across the street from the gorgeous Indian River and walking distance to river front restaurants and 1 mile from small town with several river front park, local shops and restaurants called the `Eau Gallie Art District`

All guests can enjoy an air conditioned Florida Room, grill, swimming pool, basketball, and Pickleball court.

This is a multi unit property. The main house, the Romantic Cottage, Cozy Cottage and/or Airstream can be rented. Please inquire about links to our other listings.

Shared spaces include: Pickleball court, Swimming pool, Florida room, laundry room, BBQ grill, oversized driveway and yard with hammocks.
