A short walk to tranquil Tassels Cove beach where you can cross a canal underpass to Safety Beach’s long sandy stretch with its foreshore walk to Provincia Café and Dromana township beyond, the home features a generous alfresco deck where you can enjoy alfresco dining with a view to nearby Arthurs Seat.
Inside, a timeless contemporary interior has welcoming natural ambience including an open plan living area with plush sofas, high timber-lined ceiling, a crackling open fireplace for cosy evenings and flowing full length sheer curtains to add to the mood.
The kitchen is well equipped with platters, salad bowls and beautiful glassware, beside an 8-seater dining table that sits fireside, while through a glass sliding door a large alfresco deck comes complete with a BBQ to fire up and cook your prawn or calamari while the kids play on the lawn.
Down the hall four bedrooms include two with double beds and two with a pair of single beds, allowing for joint family holidays, serviced by a main bathroom with shower and bath and a master ensuite.
