Not suitable for seniors
The steps to the both lofts are treacherous for any person other than a young agile adult. The steps up to the hard futon mattress are tall, narrow steps and I had to crawl up and down them and unfortunately the first night I missed the bottom step and have quite the shiner on my hip. The metal ladder has round rungs and you would need shoe on the navigate them.

Great tiny home experience
This is great little place. A friend and I stayed there for a weekend of fishing. It is just right. It has everything you’ll need for a quick getaway. You will enjoy sitting outside on the deck.
