The house has a large 8x4m pool in the back of the garden which is quiet and peaceful, surrounded by sunbathing with sun loungers. It is walking distance to sandy beach, restaurants, bars, diving center, theme park and Medulin center. The house has air conditioning and can accommodate up to 10 adults and 2 children in 5 bedrooms and an extra bedroom with bunk bed. Free internet with wireless network. Large garden with barbecue area and ample parking. It is about 50 meters to the grocery store, bank and cafe and about 500 m to the sea and 1000 m to the beach. The house itself is spacious and well equipped.
