Trash place. My bed sheets were covered in blood and random socks that weren’t mine. Outside is so loud. Fruit vendor with loud speakers, club in corner that doesn’t shut down until 4 am. Left early. DO NOT RECOMMEND. Location is trash. Whole place is trash. Also they make you sign that if you bring anyone up it’s $100 USD.

30 living suites made me feel like we weren’t in another country. From the easy set up of transportation to and from the airport, to them being super attentive to every request made. The location is super safe and discreet. Close to many restaurants, shops and grocery stores. The safest I’ve ever felt outside of the USA. Public transportation is right across the street and safe. The only thing I’d have to say is that the city never sleeps. It’s always hustling and bussing outside but that’s not something they can control. If I were to ever return to Colombia I would not hesitate on rebooking here.

The hotel was everything I expected. Staff was very nice. I loved that my room had a little kitchen even a small wash place for clothes. Very practical and neat! Will come back soon. Tip: the avenue can get loud turn on the fan near the kitchen so it creates white noise.

Great customer service, very attentive and accommodating. The jacuzzi was a plus after so much walking exploring the city, being able to have a jacuzzi was a huge plus. Highly recommend staying bc here, also super close to everything to walk and lots of food options.

The place is in a great location, shopping near by, small restaurants with great food all around. Walkable location. The hotel lack some accommodations that are basic even in cheap hotels but over all very good just to sleep and get on tours. Staff is very friendly.

I had a great experience staying at 30 Living Suites. The space is modern, stylish, and incredibly spacious — having a fully equipped kitchen was a huge plus for me. It felt more like a comfortable apartment than a typical hotel room, which made my stay feel extra homey. The location is super central — you’re close to everything: restaurants, shops, cafes, you name it. It’s ideal if you’re looking to explore the city and have everything within walking distance. Just keep in mind that it’s located on a very busy avenue, so you can definitely hear the hustle and bustle from inside the room. If you’re a light sleeper, bring some earplugs or a white noise app. Overall, I really loved the vibe of the place. It’s perfect for travelers who want both comfort and convenience. I’d absolutely stay here again!

a very good hotel but there is a metal bar sticking in out into the middle of the room (supposed to be for hanging clothe) that I hit my head on several times. it could cause great harm if hit strongly. I had to wrap a coat around it to remind myself. very dangerous
