Staff was not very friendly and huffed and puffed over giving us extra towels even though we are a family of 6 who booked the largest room and didn't have enough towels. They were also a little rude about us using the pool late even though we were told it was open till 10. Breakfast was very okay. It's a big hotel with a lot of people. Breakfast was busy and the area was too small. 3 hot options, waffles and bread and cereal. Overall I would have expected better for what we paid. It was good enough but for good enough I could have paid $40-$50 less somewhere else."
