Staff waa great especially Moe just didnt like how i hada pay for pillows that were stolen from my room and they asked if it were me i told them the truth but still hada pay for someone elses doing like i dont needa steal pillows first of all my parents litterally live right down the road if i needed pillows but other then that nothing wrong at all will be booking again real soon.

Hot tub did not work. I booked a handycap room it was not. My mother is 96 she needs a handycap room. They only had them in 1 bedroom. Breakfast was not great.

I didn’t like the fact my neighbors were up till the early morning having a dispute. I was alone and scared. I didn’t even wait till check out time to leave the hotel. I finally fell asleep around 3:30 then checked out around 8ish got the heck out of there

Our door to our room looked like someone took a crowbar to it to break in. The lock did not work properly on the door. Really felt unsafe!! Very noisy guests in the hallway and on the second floor. The bed was hard as a rock and could not sleep. I was very glad we only booked for one night and we will never book this hotel again!!

The peole working there seemed nice. The lock on the room door looked like it had been damaged multiple times. Shower water was hot and had good water pressure, bed was horrible (i barely slept) the floor may have been more comfortable. AC worked fine, walls were thin (could hear everything). I will not be staying here again.
