Very rude night clerk. First question we were asked is "what's the reason for your visit?". Is this a hotel/motel or the US border? Roaches, filthy walls. Floors need to be moped daily, because they're sticky. "Extended Stay" that should've been the first red flag. The live ins are noisy and dont GAF.

Check-in took a long time due to an issue the guy had seen before with an issue between my travelocity payment and the hotel. Our smoke free room reeled of cigarette smoke, not to mention the cloud of marijuana smoke we walked thru to get to our room. Add to that, the floor had something brown and hard stuck to the floor which was also sticky across the whole floor. Finally, sleep was difficult due to a lot of noise from the other "residents" until past three in the morning. I will never go there again or recommend any related brand.

Not at all. I showed for a double bed because a friend had surgery. No they wanted to put us in a single bed a full bed for both of us. As of this morning everything was full when I made the reservation in advance.

Rude, Prejudicial actions

This hotel was very, VERY RUDE. They kicked me and my wife out ( who just had 2 STROKES)!!! BTW, because someone came and knocked on our door. We did not even ANSWER the door!! But because this person had knocked, and was hanging out somewhere for awhile or whatever, the manager or employee, I really do not care, he kicked us out!! We had JUST ARRIVED A COUPLE OF HOURS PRIOR!! I am Appalled with this man's actions all because of an assumption!!! And we as veterans, my wife served 22 YEARS, PURPLE HEART RECIPIENT, WE BOTH COMBAT VETERANS AS WELL, HER JUST HAVING 2 STROKES??? MAKES ME SICK

We were traveling and made the reservation at this hotel online on accident when we were going to the Rio Ranch property. We booked through Expedia who graciously attempted to get a refund but were refused. We did stay at the Extended Stay property in Rio Rancho so had to pay for that as well. This is unacceptable and we will be writing to everyone we can think of to complain about this. We understand policy but there should always be exceptions as a common courtesy to customers for honest mistakes. This is truly disappointing and this we will continue to seek a refund or make sure everyone hears about this incident.

Excellent experience

My room was really nice. Completely new with nice kitchenette. Very little outside noise. The coffee was good. They only offered muffins for breakfast. It was a great value. Totally enjoyed my stay

I will not stay again there. The room is very uncomfortable. The bed was making noise, small toilets and sinks, no mirrors except in toilet. No power outlets. This is the worst room ever stayed. Steps were dirty and bad drug smell. Not good for family
