Before I could relax I had to ask for extra linen for the pull out couch and refill on hand soap for bathrooms. Front desk made sure to give extra towels so I didn’t have to make another extra trip. Very helpful staff.

We were excited to stay here after staying at a similar property in Amarillo the night before. We were sadly disappointed. I wouldn't stay here again. It was a very run down hotel, the tile in the bathroom was coming up and the windows for the 'mountain view' were so clouded over it wasn't worth paying any extra. There was a light shade missing and no room darkening or curtains at all on our windows. The only nice thing about this evening overnight was Taylor and her pleasant demeanor upon checking in. I would not recommend staying at this location and hope to try another Holiday Inn Express & Suites again.

Room was very clean. We enjoyed our stay with the exception of one thing. Our sink was very slow to drain. We stayed from Saturday to Monday. I asked the front desk to please send maintenance to fix the sink. I was told there was no one who could fix it until Monday which didn’t help us since that’s when we were checking out. Other than that the stay was great.

Good variety of food for breakfast. Spacious, comfortable eating area. Comfortable bed. Room just barely big enough for the 2 queen beds. No bathroom fan. Must rely on constant ventilation thru small square vent in the ceiling, but there was no air movement. Person at desk said all rooms are like that and they don't know why. 9/6/25 (Saturday) breakfast room was closed at 9:30 instead of the stated 10:00 weekend closing time.
