The Space:

It’s a 2-bedroom apartment. The master bedroom features a king-size bed, a balcony, an area to store clothes and personal items, and a private bathroom. The second bedroom has a double bed, a double sofa bed, and a closet. The living room offers a beautiful balcony with a view of the stadium and a partial ocean view. The dining area seats 6, with additional seating available at the kitchen bar. The kitchen is equipped with the basics, but any special request can be accommodated and will be provided as soon as possible.



The apartment accommodates up to 6 people and features a washer and dryer, hairdryer, iron, coffee maker, televisions, and 3 mini-split air conditioners, each with its own remote control.



Amenities include a rooftop with a pool, barbecue area, outdoor dining space, and a gym.



Guest Access:

A link with step-by-step instructions on how to access the property will be sent to you. It includes the location with the address, building entrance codes, the lock code, and a tutorial on how to enter it.



Other Things to Note:

The pool is shared and located on the rooftop. The outdoor dining area can be used without any problem as long as the rules are respected—for example, glass is prohibited near the pool. The hours are approximately from 9 a.m. to 9 p.m.
