"I paid for a room with a king bed several days in advance. On arrival I was told that I had to settle for the room with a full size bed..Desk clerk couldn’t help me and manager not on site, called Hotels.com and requested a solution but again, no manager working the weekend."

"This property is just tired. Our first night, there was a strong smell of weed on our floor and we presumed a guest was smoking in the room. On our second night, the ceiling in the bathroom collapsed and made a mess. The front desk was very understanding and immediately put us in another room and offered free breakfast the next morning. We noticed the ceiling in the replacement room also had evidence of ceiling issues and repair. Based on their response, we got the feeling this may have happened before. Again the staff were very friendly, helpful and understanding so I don't want to take anything away from them. My review really pertains to how tired the hotel is."

"Was able to check in about an hour early, which was appreciated. The breakfast is always the main reason I book this hotel and it didn’t disappoint. The bathrooms have been remodeled since my last visit. The sink basin had a few minor cosmetic issues, but nothing major. The room was large, comfortable, and made for an overall great stay."
