Constant pressure to book future stays. From restricted pool side chairs to phone calls in the room. Promoting extra features if we enrolled and joined a sales pitch meeting. Just wanted to be alone and enjoy ourselves. For these reasons we will never book again to a Hard Rock property again. Just not for us.

Friendly staff who have been very welcoming and thoughtful during our stay here. We appreciate the services that everyone provided. I had the best time at the spa during my massage and hydrotherapy session. That was a five star experience. Regarding drinks and food selection, I thought it was average as with most all inclusive resort, so that’s why I didn’t give it a five star across the board. But overall, my family and I have enjoyed our time here very much.

The property is great. The areas to improve are primarily the kids club (paperwork was tedious and i filled out the same form 4 times and the staff was not good and english seemed like a challenge for them). The Italian restaurant's service was also very poor compared to Frida. The aztec show could use someone who explains whats going on like the top Hawaiian laui's (so many people walked out).

Alma in the towel area is such a delight to come to in the morning Pool bar Estevan would be most attentive and ready to refill 😄 To start up the day at the Market restaurant for breakfast Estrellita and Rafa would greet us with a nice smile and a cup of fresh coffee!

The pools of this resort were pretty good. The Asian restaurant on site, Zen, was excellent. However, the ground-floor room we were in had a frequent and loud plumbing sound. The hallway leading to our room was really quite dated. The buffet on site was a bit limited compared to other all-inclusives we had been to.

The only good thing about this hotel is their F&B and cleaning staff service. Very attentive and very welcoming and professional. Alas, that is the only good thing. Hotel is outdated, only one elevator was working for 8 floors. Pool water does not look clean and/or safe. Kind of muddy, but heated. Food is 3 out of 5. Hit or miss. A bottle of wine was promised twice, but never delivered. The main disappointment was their resort credit scam. And when they surprised me with the bill at checkout, it killed the whole vibe of all the good things that we had experienced... Never again... There are plenty of decent hotels that do not cheat and steal from you. I do not recommend this place.

Very nice property and great staff. My only complaint is that it is noisy. I’m not talking about the music and pool activities (it is the Hard Rock after all) but the rooms and hallways are noisy. The hallways are like echo chambers. I suspect other beach resorts are the same since they can’t have carpeting on the floors. Still I enjoyed the stay and would highly recommend this resort

The staff was always very friendly and helpful. The facilities were clean. Food and drink were about average for this type of all-inclusive hotel.
