My experience in Panoramic Excape
First off all i want to estate that the house was perfectly clean, new a/c unit in every room. Everything needed was in the house and very comfortable beds. The reason I'm giving 3 stars are:
1-There were no locks for the main gate and back gate. For me this was a concern because you can't control who enters the house. The main door is wood and the back door is a regular aluminum door, none off the doors were security doors. You guys will probably said the property have security cameras but those only protect the owners interest, police station is like 45 minutes away, so if something happens up there you are on your own. Two locks can prevent a lot of situations.
2- Three off the sealing fans weren't working, Mayagüez is very hot and even if you are on a mountain those fans were needed, someone were supposed to pass to check them out but that never happened.
Security for me is very important and i believe that the guest should have full control in who can enter the property during the stay. We actually couldn't sleep well at night with the concern that anyone could have access the house and damage our cars or steal our stuff.
