Suite Fiorella 2 is an attic apartment, located on the second floor of a building (without elevator) in Marina di Massa, in a quiet street just 500 meters from the beach, and close to shops and city center.

The apartment, which is accessed by climbing some stairs, can accommodate up to 6 people and has 2 bathrooms (one with shower, one toilet) and 2 bedrooms (one double and one twin), both with balcony and wardrobe.

The bright living area consists of a double sofa bed, two armchairs, a dining table for 6 people, tv, and direct access to the terrace.

Following is a modern kitchen equipped with stove, oven and refrigerator. The kitchen leads to another covered terrace with a dining table for 6 people.

Pets are not allowed. External parking is available along the street.

Prices and conditions



Included in the price: Utilities (water, gas, electricity except heating); bed and bath linen; final cleaning.



Excluded from the price: Heating according to consumption during winter months; tourist tax (the amount usually varies, depending on location, from 0.50€ to 4.00€ per person per night for a maximum of seven nights, excluding minors, and will be paid upon arrival).



Security deposit: Customers are required to pay 200.00€ security deposit upon arrival (cash), which will be returned at the end of the stay upon any damages.
