Great stopover place
Wonderful small hotel off the beaten track which offered an excellent restaurant with a good choice of dishes. Wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this place to anyone

comfortable hotel
We stayed at this hotel overnight to catch the ferry the next day. We usually stay in chain hotels like Ibis but decided to have a change. It was very different and the room had a table and chairs, coffee and tea (although no milk) and biscuits. the bed was comfortable and we had bath robes as well. Unfortunately we could not eat in the restaurant which was what we had intended to but if I went back I would defiantly try it.

Beautiful Find!!
As an overnight stay before taking ferry back to UK, it was extremely pleasant. The staff were very accommodating and the hotel was very comfortable and the grounds with the stream running through was idyllic.

Beautiful garden and outdoor amenities, imaginative cooking, sauces a little too rich for my taste,poor shower but otherwise comfortable room, pleasant and attentive staff. Would certainly stay again if the situation arises,particularly in the summer

An almost perfect overnight stay
Pleasant surroundings...lovely garden on a river. Food very good, nice ambience, pleasant staff. Our only problem was noisy plumbing and a room with no ventilation whatsoever (apart from opening the door!). The persistent dripping from the toilet with an irregular bang was not conducive to sleep. The proprietor was less than sympathetic the next morning...we could hardly haAlmost perfectve insisted on room change during the night.

great little, friendly place in picturesque settin
What a great little hotel! We stayed here after arriving on a late ferry to Dieppe and liked it so much we did the same on the way back. The building is a fantastic character full building and with only ten rooms it feels much like staying with family friends. The room decor is not modern but matches the character of the place. A continental breakfast is a very reasonable 8 euros and is served at tables by a very friendly waitres. They have a resident cockatoo, lovely gardens for a morning wander, outside seating and the village is quiet and pretty. All this very reasonably priced, ten mins from ferry port! Only disappointing factor is that as the restaurant is so popular in the evenings, they were fully booked (make sure you book dinner in advance). All staff were also great with our 2 month baby. Great stay, thank you! Ali x

Idyllic location 10 minutes from Dieppe
A real find, just 10 minutes from the ferry without going through town. Quiet village setting. Lovely room with beautiful view over the garden and river. First class restaurant with fantastic 5 course dinner very reasonably priced. Excellent and friendly service and good breakfast too including charcuterie and cheese.
